Yes! We send out reminder texts 2 business days before the scheduled appointment. These texts are also how you will confirm the appointment. If you choose to opt out of this service, please know we will then call to confirm the appointment in advance.
What if I have to cancel my appointment?
We understand that things may come up on your schedules that may conflict with your speech appointments. If the patient is unable to attend their scheduled therapy session, it is the caregiver’s responsibility to notify us at least four hours before the appointment. If you are running late to your appointment, we are able to see you or your child for up to 7-minutes after their scheduled time; anything past that will result in your appointment being marked as a no-show.
